This company is very dishonest. After 17 months they ganged up on me to get rid of me with reasons that were not true. Nurses did good wound care but always late. The coordinators went behind me constantly with my internal med physician. HBp was a continued situation with my Dr These folk made a huge thing out of common issues as I have several health issues. They did not listen so they would just make hateful and inappropriate comments. They would not let me stick up for myself. They threatened me and had really ugly speech Their newest coordinator interfered in my medical life going back to 2023. She threatened me to drop me if I did not go to hospital every time they wanted me to go. Big drama and excitability and dishonesty I would steer myself away from them. I asked to speak to CEO and he never called me. Instead, they kicked me off program with an open wound. All because I wanted to be part of my own health care. Very hurt by a ten day notice that I had no coverage.
