If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. HR is extremely unprofessional and highly unorganized. Had a friend who was very dedicated to working here and her job offer was rescinded due to HR’s incompetence. What a joke. 0/10.

Special kudos to Daphne, my mother's care-giver, and to the staff (Suchita and Yama) who handle the logistics of sharing Daphne's reports with me. I live far away from my mother and so Daphne's reports are important for my understanding of how my mother is faring. I appreciate that those reports also show me a care-taker who is increasingly thoughtful and personal in her duties. I recommend Interim Healthcare for anyone who needs help caring for or keeping tabs on a loved one.

Interim Healthcare of Gaithersburg has provided at-home care and support for our family during my wife’s journey down the pathway of dementia (FTD) over the past four years. All of the Interim staff - caregivers, nurses, schedulers and front office - have always been pleasant, helpful and courteous. They dealt professionally with our needs and were flexible and understanding as our situation evolved. Mary and Amy are deserving of special recognition. They were pillars of strength when we needed support. They were there with advice and direction when we sometimes lost our way. They gave openly with their hearts and love when that is what we needed. We have been blessed to have had them on "our team" and consider them part of our extended family.

What a great experience! Interim responded to our need immediately and I was able to get care for my mother very quickly even though we were a new client. Each of the caregivers were attentive and professional. It’s a comfort to know they are there to help her when we need it. We will definitely use them again. Cudos to the whole team. Thank you!

Our experience of Interim Healthcare has been an outstandingly positive one. My Mother has been a client for over a year and we have nothing but praise for the support she receives. At present, Betty, the exemplary Care Manager, masterminds her various health related appointments and her medication regime. Earlier this year my Mother had a fall and 24 hour care was very efficiently put in place at extremely short notice. All the Interim personnel with whom I have dealt have been caring, efficient, knowledgeable and dedicated. The support my Mother receives ensures she can continue to live an independent life without worrying about coping with her medical needs. As I live far away, it is a great comfort to know that she is being looked after so well by Interim Healthcare.
