Interfaith House in Germantown is an affordable senior housing community in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, serving low-income residents age 62 and older. The community offers 95 apartments comprising 24 studios and 71 one-bedroom units with energy-efficient heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.

The community is situated in a picturesque Northwest Philadelphia neighborhood, located steps away from indie boutiques and charming cafes in historic storefronts. A medical screening room is available for visiting doctors and health care workers to serve residents' health needs.

Residents are permitted to keep common household pets in their apartments, and service or assistance animals are also welcome. Pet rules are in place to maintain a safe and sanitary living environment, addressing registration, inoculation, waste disposal, and restraint in common areas. Management does not apply pet rules to assistance animals and their owners.

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas on the premises. Residents must sign a non-smoking agreement and ensure that they and their guests smoke only in these designated locations.
