The staff at Inspire are so kind and professional! They even get the residents outside for some fresh air during rehab sessions in their beautiful courtyard when it’s warm enough. A truly therapeutic atmosphere and I would choose them all over again for my uncle if I ever have to.

My aunt spent time at this rehabilitation center, and our family couldn’t be more grateful for the care she received. The staff provided excellent customer service from day one. The rehab and activities staff were all so kind and genuinely invested in her recovery. One of the highlights she often talked about were the walks around the block rehab used in therapy sessions. DuPont circle is a beautiful neighborhood and the outdoor setting made a huge difference in her experience and really lifted her spirits. It’s clear that this place goes above and beyond to create a healing environment. I would highly recommend this center to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality rehabilitation care.

I was admitted to Inspire on April 7, and while my experience began a bit rocky, Jasmine in Admissions quickly involved the Administrator, Brianna. Together, they addressed all of my daughter’s and my concerns promptly, which made the remainder of my stay welcoming and enjoyable. Their responsiveness truly reflected professionalism and excellent customer service. I also have to thank Mr. Jonny who gave outstanding care and customer service on the night shift. He should really be responsible for training up some of the others. The entire team collaborated to review my plan of care and consistently kept me informed of my progress. The rehabilitation team worked with me daily and so effectively that I am now ready to return home earlier than anticipated. The facility is relatively clean. While the rooms are somewhat small, they are well maintained. There is also a small canteen downstairs, which is a nice convenience. The food is quite good, and the dietitians ensured that I was served what I like. With the warmer weather last week, I was able to enjoy time in the courtyard with other residents, which was a peaceful way to decompress after therapy. Overall, my stay was very positive, and I sincerely appreciate the time, attention, and care the team provided to ensure my comfort and support my recovery.

I recently had the chance to visit while spending time with my aunt at Inspire Rehabilitation in Washington, DC, and I had a wonderful experience. I joined her for one of the happy hour activities and it was such a great atmosphere. The team was amazing and everyone was welcoming, attentive, and clearly cared about the residents. I also had the opportunity to meet the administrator, Brianna, and it’s obvious she’s running a very tight ship. The staff seemed happy, the residents were engaged, and the overall environment felt positive. Most importantly, my aunt was having a great time, which meant a lot to me. It’s comforting to see her somewhere where the staff truly create a warm and enjoyable environment. Thank you to the entire team for the work you do every day!
