All I will say is don’t bring your family there if you care about them. Staff is nasty not all but most . In my opinion they don’t care for their residents like they should. If someone went in there and interviewed most of the residents they would see that the majority of them are so unhappy with the service and staff.

My relative has lived here for 6 years. The patients to sit in urine and feces for hours regularly. Some of the nurses have poor attitudes, either speaking to a patient like a child, ignoring what they're trying to communicate, or just flat-out rude and impatient. A lot of the patients have speech and mental disabilites. Place is often unnecessarily and obnoxiously loud with staff yelling right by a patient's door and alarm bells going ignored for long periods of time. At the very least, close the patient's door behind you so they don't have to hear that all day. Most of the patients stuggle to open and close their doors. Weekends are noticeably worse. I tried to not write a negative review because I know how hard this job can be, but you should at least try to be considerate to the human beings who live here. I gave two stars instead of one because they do have activity programs and some staff that are genuinely passionate for what they do. Unfortunately, not enough. Also, I have no control over the situation as I'm not her POA. Her POA knows and doesn't care at all.

If you are looking for a safe, trustworthy environment for your elderly or vulnerable loved ones, AVOID THE Inglis House on Belmont Avenue! My father is a resident here, and in a span of just a week and a half, he has been repeatedly robbed by the staff. The following items have been stolen directly from his room: - An iPad - Cash ($40 taken directly out of his wallet) - Multiple personal items (including two separate bottles of wine) It is disgusting that a facility meant to protect residents is employing people who steal from them. Management is completely negligent. Do not trust them with your family.

This facility presents a deeply troubling environment with unsafe conditions for residents. The odor throughout the building is overwhelming, and basic standards of cleanliness and care are not being met. Staff members often appear inattentive, leaving residents unattended for long periods—even when they require assistance with hygiene—resulting in individuals sitting for hours in soiled conditions. Requests for help, including those involving pain or the need for medical attention, are frequently ignored. Both staff and leadership demonstrate unprofessional behavior, and the facility is clearly understaffed, which contributes to the poor quality of care. Overall, this is not a safe or compassionate place for residents.

Horrible care for the patients! They leave the patients sitting in feces for HOURS!! They are not getting the therapy they need. My spouse is allergic to shrimp amd they just brought him that for dinner. When we sent it back they proceeded to bring him a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Simply not enough for a 240 lb 6'2" man!!! The majority of the CNAs here are very rude and disrespectful! Only a handful that I can say really do their job properly! We have spoken up about everything that is wrong and we simply get told that they will work on it. Something needs to be done! The care they provide is unacceptable!!!
