I’ve been visiting my grandmother for a while since I’ve gotten back into town and I’ve noticed that she has bruises on her wrist, back and buttocks and when I checked with her med aide there was nothing done about it and we are now planning on moving her as fast as possible this living facility is a absolute nightmare and if u love your family member pls don’t send them here i beg of u because I wouldn’t want someone else's Grandparents or parents to Endure any suffering or abuse im write this as a warning and a reminder that they make things look pretty on the outside, but as soon as you get on the inside and you see everything that’s happening it will make you sick to your stomach on how much they try to cover up and apparently they have termites The price is unreasonable for the amount of amenities and if you really look at your bill, they’re charging you for toilet paper. and it makes absolutely no sense so I beg of you please do not put your loved ones in this facility
