My dad loves his new place there. The whole place is perfect for him. The staff are unbelievable with the care they show. Now my dad is close to me, and is making all kinds of new friends. Happy! :)

Finally, a safe place for Mom and Dad. This is a lovely community. The apartment is perfect for them. Plenty of light and space. I feel a load lifted off of my shoulders knowing that they are so happy and safe here.

Infested with bed bugs. Security won't respond to any issues. They simply cruise around in their vehicles with car windows up and radios playing. There's no way they could hear someone calling for help. Neighbors told me when I moved in to make sure I don't go out on property after dark

this place is horrible you have to fight for a parking space, they have people on walkers driving, they don’t plow the snow, then they leave the laundry room open after hours and if you attempt to use it they come behind you and lock the door. i would not recommend this place to sanford and son.

I had read the reviews prior to taking a tour. The elevators were working in the building I chose to see. There was new carpeting and heat definitely wasn’t a problem (unlike several reviewers mentioned). Now that’s not to say this is a perfect place. I had two issues (one with the intercom & another with admin/paperwork). I expressed my concerns and things were taken care of in a timely manner. The price, activities, location to RTA routes…make this a good fit for me. 👍🏽
