My mom who is 99 and independent loves living here. Caring warm people and great community. She moved from Florida and it has been an easy transition. I would recommend Independence village for anyone looking for a beautiful apartment with great people!

Overall, very good. Had ups and downs with food service, but getting better. Seems like staffing in kitchen has had inordinate turnover. Maintenance of building/apartments good, except seems to be difficult to get status of resident work orders. Transportation and outings for residents is also very good.

Our family is incredibly grateful for Independence Village, formerly Everlan. Our mom has called this community home since January 2023, and it has been a wonderful experience for both her and our family.<br><br>From day one, Ava has been exceptional. She is always available to answer questions, address concerns, and truly goes above and beyond to support both the residents and their families. Her leadership and genuine compassion make a noticeable difference throughout the community.<br><br>There is always something happening, with a wide variety of activities and celebrations that bring residents together. The holiday events are especially enjoyable and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where friendships continue to grow.<br><br>While the meals haven’t always met our mom’s personal preferences, my siblings and I have enjoyed dining with her on several occasions and have found the food to be varied, flavorful, and well prepared.<br><br>As a loved one ages it comes with many challenges, but knowing our mom is living in a safe, clean, faith-filled, and beautiful community surrounded by caring staff and wonderful friends gives our family tremendous peace of mind. The breathtaking mountain views are an added bonus. We truly believe she is in the best place for this season of her life, and for that, we are deeply thankful.<br><br>We highly recommend Independence Village to anyone looking for a caring and supportive senior living community.

This retirement community is beautiful. The grounds are beautiful with views of the mountains. Apartments are cozy and beautifully appointed. The dining room and menu selections are five-star and there is always something new or an activity to keep busy. You can be involved as much as you want or have your quiet time. The staff is friendly and everyone is part of a big happy family. Highly recommend.
