Princeton Transitional Care & Assisted Living in Johnson City, Tennessee is a partnership between Ballad Health and Signature HealthCARE offering assisted living and skilled nursing care. The community features 60 assisted living apartments and 47 private skilled nursing suites, providing services across the care continuum from rehabilitation to long-term residency.

The assisted living apartments serve seniors who need help with activities of daily living such as grooming and meal preparation but do not require intensive medical care. The skilled nursing unit provides short-term rehabilitation for individuals recovering from surgery, illness, or injury, with physical, occupational, and speech-language pathologists on staff specializing in therapeutic rehabilitation.
