1 star is much too high to give but the only choice. The facility was clean staff friendly but service was horrible I get shortage in staffing but patient neglect is unacceptable waiting over a hour for someone to check on patients. Do not take your love one's there.!!!

Have a family member there and until now it hasn’t been any issues but this past weekend the adjoining bathroom was in terrible filthy condition along with the trash in the resident’s room full and running over. We went to ask the nurse or aide at the desk if housekeeping personnel could clean the horrendous filthy bathroom and empty the trash but was told that housekeeping was gone for the day, at that time it was maybe around 3 or 3:30 afternoon. A housekeeper should be on duty at a nursing home, elderly accidents happen often. I hope someone in charge will see this and make a change in this rule

Went to see my father late this night because he called me and I decided to do a pop up . A young woman let me in and I spoke . It’s the older lady who was sitting behind the desk for me I just asked why was looking at me as if I wasn’t supposed to be there and then she proceeded to get real smart at the mouth and I controlled my temper but yes If she talk to me like that not telling how she treat the residents so I will be reporting them after the holiday
