iHome Care is a residential care facility in Portland, Oregon that has operated for over 25 years. The community provides 24/7 round-the-clock care with onsite nurses, caregivers, and medical technicians who follow individual care plans designed by physicians and families.

iHome Care is the first and only residential care facility in the Northwest with a licensed in-house dialysis clinic. The facility features a full team of doctors, nurses, bio-technicians, and office staff dedicated to dialysis care, allowing residents to receive treatment in-house rather than traveling to outpatient clinics multiple times per week.

Private spacious rooms are equipped with private bathrooms and residents are encouraged to bring personal belongings to create a home-like environment. A renal specialist chef prepares specially formulated meals that address dietary needs while maintaining flavor and nutrition appropriate for residents with kidney conditions.

The community offers weekly activities including musicians, animal therapy, movie nights, and flower planting. Trained medication technicians distribute all medications, coordinate with physicians, and manage medication ordering through pharmacy partners to ensure seamless medication management.
