This is my second time here at ignite Norman after my amputation, both time they have been great to me! I really enjoy my time here and the bond I have with each employee! Kayla the director of hospitality is for sure my favorite, Chelsey is a close second and Jadyn the receptionist is always a delight to be around and makes some of the best coffee! I would also like to shoutout Fred the director of businesses development my go to guy! I always try to put my best foot forward! Everyone has been great here! I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I want to start off by saying that we didn’t know a lot about skilled nursing facilities so we looked to friends and family for recommendations when our mom was in need. Time and time again we kept hearing wonderful things about Ignite Norman and the manager they have there. We thought it was funny that the managers name kept coming up…. Until we met the manager. Chelsey is the sweetest, most caring, compassionate, and capable young lady! From the jump she made sure our mom was set up for success; had everything she needed; and worked with outside providers to make sure our mother’s care never lacked and stayed on track. We even saw her in the hall helping the aides one day when call lights were going off. I don’t think there is anything she can’t or won’t do for the good of the facility. The nurses and aides have all been top notch and given mom the best care and attention! Jamie might be our favorite nurse though🤫. PT and OT have made sure she has the skills and the strength to come home in a few weeks. Paiten, one of the therapists even took time to come and check on mom when she heard that mom’s brother had passed. The food has been delicious and the facility is beautiful and immaculate. Ignite Norman has been such a blessing to our family and if we ever find ourselves in need again, we will know exactly where we need to be. Thank you Ignite, Norman ❤️

Ignite Norman absolutely went out of their way to accommodate the needs of my dad and our family at an incredibly crucial time. Kayla went out of her way to ensure transportation was always available for my dad to get to his VA appointments even at a last minute notice. Chelsea and the rest of her team were always available to answer questions and be there right beside us through it all. Thank you so much for all your care and assistance for our family!

I spent three weeks at Ignite Medical Resorts Norman, and I can honestly say my experience was nothing short of amazing. From the quality of care to the compassion shown by every staff member, I had nothing but positive interactions throughout my stay. RN Jaime truly stands out. She is incredibly professional, compassionate, and absolutely amazing at patient care. Jaime always maintained a positive attitude and had a wonderful ability to joke and have fun while still being exceptional at her job. She made both patients and families feel genuinely seen and heard. She took the time to get to know me, advocated for my needs, and was an incredible support during the life-changing process of a new amputation—helping me figure out how to begin getting back to daily tasks with confidence and encouragement. RN Tori, even while still being new, was a tremendous help—especially during a snowstorm. Despite challenging circumstances, she remained positive, supportive, and dependable, which made a huge difference during my stay. Anthony, the med tech, was always on time and consistently willing to take a moment to talk and connect. He is incredibly personable with a very kind heart, and his genuine care never went unnoticed. In the kitchen, Karen and Vannah were always helpful and willing to make sure I received the diet I needed—along with a little extra when I needed it. Their kindness and attentiveness made meals something I could truly count on and appreciate. The PT team, Angie and Mandy, did an amazing job making sure I was strong enough, confident, and comfortable before being discharged. Their encouragement, patience, and dedication played a huge role in my progress and recovery. Kayla, part of the admin team, was always on top of everything. She made sure all appointments were scheduled and that transportation was available when needed. Her personality is amazing, and she excels at what she does. She truly treats you like family—whether it’s with a silly joke now and then or simply stopping in to say hello. Chelsea, the GM, went above and beyond to ensure I was fully taken care of before discharge. Her leadership, compassion, and attention to detail gave me peace of mind during such an important transition. And finally, Rhonda, the front desk clerk—also known as my favorite barista—was an incredible source of positivity. She made sure anything my family or I needed was handled quickly, and if something wasn’t right, she ensured it was fixed within minutes. Her warmth and dedication made a lasting impression and greatly enhanced my overall experience. I am incredibly grateful for the care I received at Ignite Medical Rehab. The staff truly goes above and beyond, and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of rehabilitation services. The care, kindness, and professionalism here made all the difference. -Ron

LOVED this facility! My husband spent 14 days here and received excellent care. Staff was tentative and caring. Food was good, and rooms clean. The PT/OT staff was excellent in working with his needs and getting him back to his basic level. The nursing and tech staff were quick to assist with kind, efficient help. I would not hesitate to come here again if the need arose. Thank you, Ignite, Norman, OK, for taking special care of my most precious loved one!
