Do your research before putting your loved one here or any other facility. Make surprise visits and show up right before or after meals. Something not right in this place and needs to be addressed by having inspectors show up without notice.

I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone. I see my mother fading away to a different person every time I see her. They take and lose her cloths and blankets knowing family takes care of her laundry. Not sure why they have telephones as no one ever answers them . The only reason I rated a 1 is because they don't have a 0...

They have always treated my husband well and with kindness. He has been there since June and I have never seen spoiled food there. I eat the same food that my husband does and it has never been spoiled. They also ask him everyday if he would like soup and grilled cheese if he doesn't want the regular meal. They take good care of my husband.

No wonder this place has 3 stars. My mom had a recent stay here, she had to go to the hospital and is being transferred to a nursing facility in noble. I went to get her stuff and everything except her rings were there. I asked the nurses, Ronnie said he seen her take them off and put them in a clear plastic bag, the next day I called and talked to the case management Elaine and she said she couldn’t find them anywhere. She even admitted that this has happened before at this place, what does that tell you, my mom has been here before and we had a good experience so we went back, but now we are finding out what really goes on. Thievery, no one knows anything, no one knows what anyone else is doing

This is my mom’s third stay at Grace Skilled Nursing over the past six years, and each time the care has been exceptional. Whether it’s the aides, dining staff, or nurses, everyone does a great job. I live close to Grace and visit every day, and I consistently see how proactive the staff are with my mom’s needs. They’re always willing to take the time to keep me informed and provide updates. One evening I visited during dinner and noticed my mom hadn’t touched her meal. When I asked if she wasn’t hungry, she said, “I’m hungry, I just wanted waffles.” Almost immediately, a staff member brought her waffles—even though they weren’t on the menu that night. That small act of kindness meant a lot to us and perfectly reflects the level of care and compassion shown at Grace.
