Do not let your family member go to this facility. This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had. My mother had a hip replacement and came to this facility for her post hospital care. They had nobody available at night to help my mother to the restroom. The CNA on site said they were not trained to help people get to the bathroom. It is 10:24 PM at night and my mother has not had her evening meds. I will be filing complaints with the state and anybody who will listen to me.

My mom has been here at Huebner Creek since July 2025<br>I don't think she's getting good care here they are very under staffed it looks good during a tour but believe me it's not I have so many concerns and have spoken to Staff about it but it's clear that they don't care because there's been no change my mom is left in her own urine all night and not changed or checked on also had personal items missing things need to change here management needs to be more involved in the needs and concerns of residents and family members and make sure everybody is doing things right as far as taking good care of every resident here they all deserve to be treated with dignity !

Despite a shaky start due to hospital discharge, my overall experience at Huebner Creek was very positive. Shout outs include Connie, Dolores, Roxanne, Courtney, Ruby, Pilar, Eli, Linh, Yvonne, Rigat, Grace, Crystal, Robbin, Thalia, Ben, Dan and especially Ashley and Victor. All listened to me, treated me with kindness and respect no matter what mood I was in. I watched them work together for the betterment of everyone in the facility; I watched them encourage every one of us in PT and OT no matter how we were doing. And the list goes on. I HIGHLY recommend Huebner Creek Health and Rehabilitation Center.

I’ve had a very positive experience with Huebner Creek Health & Rehabilitation Center. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes both residents and visitors feel comfortable. The staff is professional, attentive, and truly cares about the well-being of everyone there. A special shoutout to Rosemary, who is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond to help, is incredibly kind, and always makes sure any questions or concerns are addressed quickly. Her dedication and compassion really stand out and make a big difference. As well as Victor, seems to really take his role seriously! Overall, this is a great place with a strong team that works hard to provide quality care and support. Highly recommend!
