My mother was there for about 1 month, some employees were nice and others were rude and unprofessional. The service was OK at best, the bad part is the empty promises and I was told that they were gonna handle all the logistics and have a caretaker ready as we already have a company and they also said my mother would get a whole month of her medicines and all to find out that when the prescription come they're literally for a few days and some for a week. So, here we are on day 2 and no one ever called to set up the caretaker with their instructions, and now we have to do all the logistics i was personally promised by the Assistant Admin and the head case worker. Nothing was done and no one kept their word, im extremely disappointed.

Horrible Service, horrible communication. I had a meeting 7 days ago to make an appointment with a Orthopedic surgeon and no appointment has been made. I once witnessed ringing the bell 52 times in 15 minutes and not one person came, they were all having fun hanging out in their station. I will never use this place and ill never recommend this place to anyone. I would give a Negative 5 stars but thats not an option, this place is just milking the insurance. Update, I was told my mother would receive 1 month of medications. All to find out she got 1 day of painkillers and shes in pain management, 2 weeks worth of other meds. Then to top it all off the case worker assured us that everything was set up for a caretaker and here we are with no caretaker we were assured of and one day supply of pain meds. And u guys call and ask for me to change my review? All to do nothing at all? This place is literally a joke, AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

My mother was transferred to Hudsonview a few days ago, and I was initially concerned about whether they would be able to provide the specialized care she needed for her wounds. We had been advised to consider another facility, but after speaking with Ms. Katherine, she took the time to walk us through the entire process and made us feel comfortable choosing Hudsonview. Ms. Katherine was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions, provided valuable information about my mother's treatment, and reassured us that she would receive the care she needed. Her compassion, professionalism, and willingness to help gave our family peace of mind during a very stressful time. I would highly recommend Hudsonview to anyone in need of skilled nursing care or rehabilitation services. Our family's experience has been very positive, and we are grateful for the exceptional care, support, and professionalism shown by the staff.
