So I'm writing this review about nursing home facility. I'm writing because my husband is there and the stuff that take care of my husband is so attentive to him. My husband loved them. I also love them, especially Isaac. You know, who you are, you always return my phone call or answer my phone call, I said, I think each and every one of you guys that work there on the 2nd floor I can only speak for the 2nd floor that's where my husband is at. And if I could give you all a 1000 star, I would Isaac, if I could give you a 1000 star, I would, so I said, thank you, God for letting me choose Hudson facility to put my husband in and I just want to say, thank you, thank you to the nurse. The nutritionists to the AIDS to every single person The work on the floor I'm thanking you guys from the bottom of my heart. May God bless you all and I am so grateful, and this is my way of saying thank you to all the workers on the 2nd floor and thank you again, Isaac, I said, I'm giving you a 1000 star. You guys take my nervousness away. I never say when I'm gonna visit my husband I just show app and every time I show up I can find any complaint, so I am thanking the staff again and again and again for the great job. You all are doing I know sometimes it's hard but y'all Hearn of the stars.I can give you guys one love.

I arrived here 2 and a half weeks ago and everything has been amazing. I love the rehab and the nursing staff has been excellent! Sharon, Rochelle and Kisha are excellent from the nursing staff when I need to be changed they do it right away. Isaac the concierge has been on top of everything and made sure that every request I've had has been great. The physical therapist has been great. Thank you Hudson!

Since my original post I was contact by Isaac who works in administration. He has been great, and has gone above and beyond when I try to reach my cousin or need to speak to the nursing team with updates. Since I’m out of state I can’t do much but I do appreciate the effort and how easy he makes it for me to have a simple conversation with my cousin. When I call he is never bothered, and shows empathy in his willingness to connect me to cousin. He has also been a great help connecting my siblings to my cousin’s social worker. I’m not familiar with her name but she is also helpful and we are grateful for her assistance as well. The nursing staff he connects me to when I need an update have been great as well and it’s a big difference from my experience in the original posting. Because of this new experience I have changed my rating. ————————————————————————- Tried calling a family member who is currently staying there, the nurses today (Saturday 12/20) were so rude in rushing me off the phone. They kept telling me I have the wrong number and floor. Again so quick to rush me off. It wasn’t till I said another nurse had helped me before on that floor that they bothered to look at their patient roster to see she was there. That’s when they confirmed but left me with no information to connect to her. I had to call again to get the correct extension. I still couldn’t get connected, I called and they did not pick and when I called again they picked up the phone and hung up, this happened 6 times! It wasn’t until someone else picked up and I said I would call Joint Commission to complain if they hung up again, then I was helped. This was another nurse though, she was helpful, the took my number and went to my cousins room and called me. I’m grateful for her, but the other staff, so ridiculous and should be ashamed of themselves. My cousin has cancer and most likely will not come back from this. I’m in another state so you can imagine me trying to reach her and I can’t. I also work in healthcare, the manner that these staff members treated me today they should be terminated! I can’t imagine other people not being able to get a hold of their family members. If you can avoid this place please.

Well trained staff with helpful administration officials. Modern day to day procedure for all patients list here. Each staff member is completely helpful. Like how everyone else has been kind to me. I appreciate the is their best foot forward to getting patients back on their feet. I would rate the facility 10/10. I happy to be here to get the help I needed. Thank you.
