As an outside vendor (Hospice) caring for a patient at Bea Hover Assisted Living facility, I was very impressed. Bea Hover staff and director Patty stepped up cares and went over and above caring for my patient as her needs changed right into end of life. I am personally grateful and would recommend your facility. Thank you for all you do. ❤️

Dropped the ball doing an assessment of my dad, then told us he couldn’t return after his hospital stay THE DAY BEFORE his insurance ran out. Have lost medications, been really hard to get a hold of, very disappointed in them.

Very poor environment, feel bad for anybody who has their parents staying here. Avoid at all costs.

I have toured this facility. I was saddened to see residents sitting in wheelchairs pushed to the corners, some moaning with no one paying attention to them. However, what few staff they had were standing around laughing and talking. When asked about I was told they were understaffed at times. They were quick to rush past concerns that I had and point out more positive things. Staff seemed uncaring toward patients and wanted to meet the the head count needed to for funds. I can't foresee any circumstance that would have me place a parent in this facility.

While on a tour saw Staff smoking right next to residents, saw an elderly lady on the floor and staff just walked right past. Rude and inconsiderate management.
