I lost my mom and dad within 3 years. Both of them were patients here. My mom went first. She was given such wonderful care that my dad said, "If I ever need Hospice, this is where I want to go". Sadly, a few years later he did need hospice, and when we could no longer handle him at home, he went to Hospice of Cumberland County. He was well taken care of. They went out of their way to make sure he had food he enjoyed. The nurses would bring him things they knew he liked. I was so inspired by the care and attention they both received there. It is a wonderful facillity.

I can’t give a negative rating or I would .My father was placed in this facility by my uncle knowing he wanted out and revoke his power of attorney they deemed him incompetent so he was forced to stay til he passed Jan 3 2026 initially when he was placed there Steve assured me when he was not gonna make it they would call me leaving my home cell and work numbers during that time I was working long hours days all week when I did get a day off I walk in to find my father had passed a week earlier without anyone calling me at all then when questioned why all I got from their staff was idk shoulder shrugs .THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR IT ! I honestly had good things to say before this happened what they need to realize is there’s no way to change it and nothing better to happen is see them closed down for good .

This facility is horrible and caused the death of my dad by administering lethal doses of narcotics without permission of anyone from my family. My dad went to CHH facility walking, talking, feeding himself with an excellent appetite and never came home. The staff didn't care for my dad. Within a matter of 4 days of what was supposed to be a short respite for Alzheimer's my dad was dead, filthy with horrible bed sores. Please don't allow this nightmare to happen to your loved one.
