From the moment we stepped into Hope Haven, we felt completely at ease. Our father was cared for with compassion and dignity. He felt safe, comfortable, and often expressed how thankful he was for the wonderful staff. The home is clean, nicely decorated, and truly feels welcoming.<br><br>Just two weeks after Dad moved in, our mother unfortunately fell and broke her leg. Following her stay in physical rehabilitation, we were able to move her to Hope Haven as well. One of the greatest blessings was that she was able to share a room with our father. They were so grateful to be reunited, and it brought our entire family peace knowing they could be together.<br><br>The coordinated care they received was outstanding. The visits from doctors, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals made managing their medical needs so much easier. We never had to worry about appointments being missed because everything was scheduled and coordinated by the staff.<br><br>The visiting hours were also very family-friendly. We were always welcome to stop by, even unexpectedly, and every visit was met with warmth, kindness, and genuine care.<br><br>If you are looking for a safe, compassionate, and nurturing environment for your loved one, our family wholeheartedly recommends Hope Haven. Our family was very concerned as to where we would have to place our sweet, 90 year old mother. We could no longer provide the 24 hour care that she needed. Then, Hope Haven came into our lives and a huge burden was lifted. We immediately felt the kindness and support. The owner and staff at Hope Haven made the move-in process easy and painless. The staff to resident ratio is truly a blessing.<br><br>Our mother settled in without any difficulty, much to our (happy) surprise. She is well-taken care of and SAFE. Her home-cooked meals look and smell great; she says they are delicious. Mom has made friends with the other residents and enjoys the activity around her; she has her own little community. The house is spacious, welcoming and always clean. Even the yard is lovely, including the neighborhood wildlife. Mom herself, is always clean, happy and respected. Her medical, emotional and physical needs are always met. We are all thankful and feel blessed that a wonderful home like Hope Haven exists. We would definitely recommend it to others.

Love Haven Hope for my dad, I can’t say enough about the staff and owner of the company. I feel blessed to have found this place through Next steps 4 Parents. Would recommend both highly.
