I am so satisfied with Homewell. Sharon came to us at the hospital in our time of need . She was caring and understanding of the situation with our grandmother. She explained all the services that they provide and never made us feel pressured. She was there when grandma came home from the hospital with a caregiver who helped us get her settled at home. The caregivers were always friendly and made my grandma feel heard and understood. Sharon is very transparent about everything and always answered any questions me or my family had . I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for in home care .

I would never recommend this business for anyone looking for caregivers. The owner, Sharon is deceptive. She billed for non-services when we used them. She referred us to a collection attorney when I refused to pay money that was not owed on my father's account. She will not release my father's timesheets that he needs for a sleep study. Furthermore she had the audacity to say we stole from her! How many other hapless victims has she conned? It's Elder Abuse. Fortunately I documented the Aides arrival times in my home. Two of them in particular were continually late on their arrivals to my home. When I brought this issue up to Sharon as I wanted an adjustment on the billing statement she was dismissive with me. She herself had to show up more than once as the Aides were not on time. I brought up the issue three different times that I had clearly stated when I initially interviewed her that services rendered started exactly when the Aides walked through the front door of my home. Her blatant inability to be honest will cost her in the end . Her husband was absolutely belligerent when my mother and I showed up to the office to get copies of the timesheets for my dad. I am seeking legal advice at this time.

I used the services of HomeWell Care Services for about three weeks after being released from a rehab rehabilitation center. Unfortunately, I was unable to see a bill from HomeWell care services until I was released from their care. Again, unfortunately, would we be at the rehab facility? How was quarter price of $32 an hour. For some unknown reason this price increased to $34 an hour once I saw my bills. Again, unfortunately, home will care services showed on their bills. The actual time people were working. For the most part, this was confirmed by their workbook that was left at my home. Unfortunately, the bills that I received had a little to do with the actual time anybody was working. after several communications, Homecare advised that there was a problem with their billing. Unfortunately, yet again, no attempt was made to reconcile their billing and the hours that I was billed. Unfortunately , I trusted them, and the most part I was satisfied with the services provided by their team. Unfortunately, my trust was taken advantage of, HomeWell refuses to receive my telephone calls. I am in the process of taking this company to small clams Court. unfortunately, the company refused delivery of the summons for them to appear. I recommend to anybody in the process of needing home healthcare to stay away from the Surprise branch of this company.
