My mother-in-law had just been placed on hospice. We wanted her last days to be at home so we needed a live in caregiver quickly. We called HomeWell Care Services and Sharon, the Senior care advocate and advisor, met with us the very next day. After learning about us, my mother-in-law, and our needs, she brought Samantha to our home to care for my mother-in-law. Samantha was a perfect fit. She was caring, empathetic, knowledgeable, kind and knew what her patient needed sometimes before her patient did. Samantha is the embodiment of a caregiver and is truly an angel. My mother-in-law’s short time on hospice before passing was peaceful and she was cared for by Samantha as if she were her own family. HomeWell Care is the only service we will use in the future for any care needs.

I have used homewell care services of simsbury and have never been happier. I first reached out to the company for some care I needed after a month hospital stay, I spoke with a women named Sharon who was very attentive to my needs. She came right out and took some information and sent a wonderful caregiver to my home. I did not need the services for to long but they were there to help me get stronger and able to do things for myself. I would recommend HomeWell for care for yourself or a family member

I am blown away with the staff here on so many levels. First, I spoke with the owner, Raj. He returned my call within minutes. He kindly asked all the right questions regarding a family member and was very easy to talk to. He then put me in touch with Sharon who assists with the arrangements for care and staff matching based on the type of care that you are seeking for your loved one. She was so down to earth but very professional at the same time. This lady really knows her stuff! She provided some great insight into navigating the healthcare system and completely understood the frustrations that I was experiencing. She helped me see that there was light at the end of this chaotic tunnel. It was extremely comforting. When she met with our loved one for the assessment, he took to her immediately. This speaks volumes about her personality. She was able to converse with him in a way to keep him engaged. By the end of the assessment, he was on board with the care discussed and seemed both relieved and excited that he was going to be receiving exactly what he needed. Sharon matched our loved one to Corey. She could not have picked a better match. He is going to school for PT and has a passion for weight lifting. This also means that he has the capacity to assist another man with mobility issues. Corey also has a wonderful personality. He is so helpful and kind. Our loved one was very comfortable with him on the very first day and this is so important! We were also pleased with Corey as well upon meeting him. I cannot thank you all enough for your assistance at a time when we were feeling defeated. We will be forever grateful for the relief you provided by swooping in and saving the day.

I had a very good experience with HomeWell Care Services. The staff is very kind, professional, and genuinely concerned about their clients. They do excellent home care, where every need is met. The caregivers are very patient, respectful, and always on time. They helped out with daily tasks, making life easier for my family. The communication was clear, and they were always ready to assist. I used the services of HomeWell Care following the surgery to replace my right shoulder. I cannot say enough good things about this service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a helping hand when circumstances arise leaving you incapacitated. Corry was an excellent driver and very helpful with anything that was needed. Raj, the owner, works with you to get you the help for the times and days as needed. You will not be disappointed with this company.
