We have been fortunate to have Home Instead for my Mom (now 95yo) for 4+ years. The communication has been good and they have been quick to respond to emails and texts. Our caregiver L*** is responsible, caring and just a lovely person. She is very patient and kind. The personal care and companionship she has provided to my Mom have been an invaluable help to us.

We used Home Instead for about a year for my elderly parents, using them for various levels of care as needed. I can't say enough good things about both the care givers and the office staff. We had a core group of care givers including Margarita, Bonnie, Cindy, and Kim who basically became part of the family providing caring personal care, cooking, cleaning, and making sure my parents were comfortable and taken care of. Later, we had additional 24/7 care givers who were professional and caring. The office staff--especially Kristin, Kathy, and Lisa--were flexible with scheduling and always had us covered, I can't recommend Home Instead enough to care for you or loved ones!

We are extremely pleased with Aysia - She helps our family take care of a female who is 92 and likes things done her way. Aysia came into this situation as the third person to help us out- to complicate matters I was leaving town and wouldn't be able to even meet her. Our family member is very pleased with Aysia and looks forward to seeing her- Aysia has learned to handle our family member brilliantly. Aysia is a CARING Caretaker and we are pleased to have her with us.

The 5 stars are not for Home Instead but are for one particular Care Pro - Donna Valle. Donna is professional, knowledgeable, and anticipates appropriately the needs of her client. Her personable approach to her job is very much appreciated. Donna is phenomenal and is without a doubt one of the best Care Pros at Home Instead. I don’t know how I would have been able to manage without her. I look forward to every day she is here…

We used Home Instead for 6 months while my dad was ill. We were so happy to have quality, dependable help. Our main care giver became part of the family. Going with an agency like Home Instead meant that we had coverage for all needed times - as opposed to an independent person who could get sick or be traveling. The entire team was always available and very helpful. Highly recommend.
