I love working with Home Instead, from my first impression of them, to working with them for awhile.. it’s always been very pleasant. The atmosphere in the office is always great, and welcoming, too! They are professional and they really care about our clients, and us staff too. Plus they have always been so flexible with scheduling which is so amazing!

There are truly not enough words to express how grateful and pleased I am with this company and their staff. I hired them to provide overnight care for my great-aunt after bringing her home so she could spend her remaining time surrounded by family. From the very beginning, they made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Any concerns or issues that arose were addressed promptly, professionally, and with genuine compassion. Every caregiver they brought into our home was exceptional. They were kind, attentive, and treated my aunt with the same love and respect they would give their own family member. I never once had to worry about the quality of care she was receiving or whether she was being treated with dignity and compassion. Even during the final stages of her life, their team remained dependable, supportive, and incredibly caring. Because of this company and their outstanding staff, our family was able to spend precious time together and give my aunt the comfort of being at home during the remainder of her life. I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking compassionate, trustworthy in-home care for a loved one.

We have been using HI services for a family member since 2021. The caregivers have provided the assistance needed for her to navigate through daily activities. They are not only professional but also caring and compassionate.

Home Instead has been amazing for my Mom who is 91 years old. She has tried to stay in her apartment and with the Home Instead helper, Elizabeth, who comes in to help her bathe, file her nails, do some cleaning and have conversations with her, she has been able to. Elizabeth is wonderful with Mom. She is compassionate and considerate and Mom adores her. It is now time to move Mom to a place with 24 hour care, so we contacted Home Instead for their recommendation. Nicki and Kaitlyn have been very helpful. Through them, we found a fabulous place for Mom. We are so THANKFUL!!! Without Nicki's help, we would have been lost. Thank you Nicki, your guidance and knowledge is incomparable! I recommend Home Instead to anyone in need of help at home.

I saw the most beautiful interaction at Leslie Groves Park between a Home Instead Caregiver and her client. She was patient and kind with him; they sat on a bench, talking and watching the river for a long time before continuing on their walk. She never once rushed him or seemed to lose her patience when he repeated himself. She was not aware that I was watching them, and it was just a genuine moment of respect, trust, and love between a senior and his companion. I am telling you, watching her work with him was beautiful. As a professional in the senior industry, I've always had the utmost respect for Roy, the owner of Home Instead, and his entire team (you're amazing, Tammy!); seeing this moment is a testament to the way Home Instead approaches In Home Care. The Tri Cities is lucky to have Roy and his team.
