Home Instead has been great! I have loved the caregivers. I especially love Anna! Anna goes above and beyond. She engages well with my husband, treats him with respect, takes him on walks and makes my life easier to manage things that I need to do. What a great representative for Home Instead.

I wish I could give 10 stars ⭐️ We didn’t leave Home Instead because we were unhappy BUT my MIL needed more extensive care. The year we used Home Instead was such an incredible experience. Beyond caring …. Everyone we came in contact made use feel that we were their main priority and we were family. Mary in the office became my phone bff from keeping me informed about my MIL’s care and checking in to see if we needed anything more for her care. Yvette went above and beyond to get our care going ASAP when we needed it last year right around the holidays. April was amazing getting to know my MIL and creating a routine that worked best for her needs. And then there is Renee and Bridgette my MIL’s caregiver who became family to her. Their loving care was top notch. They created personalized routines that made the day to day morning go so smoothly. Whoever gets these ladies next is going to be truly blessed. The few times sub caregivers were needed it went so smoothly, because April had created a step by step time by time Handwritten routine. I recommend Home Instead to all my friends looking for this type of care. Ten out of ten so recommend

My brother and me tried a couple of the agencies in the Temple area including one recommended by people at our church since the owner was a member and it was the worst experience. Once we found Home Instead all the stress we were under diminished completely. Our father was on hospice, and we thought his time on earth was very limited. But with the help of all the wonderful caregivers and office staff our father lived longer than anyone predicted. I can’t say enough how hard they worked to make my fathers last year comfortable and stress free. Big Thank you to all the staff at Home Instead.
