I would like to share how polite and helpful Hazel and Candace were with me. They were professional, courteous, and took the time to assist me with my needs. Thank you for hiring these two young ladies. Their excellent customer service made my experience a positive one, and they are a great representation of your organization.

None of the nurses ever smiled. They were cold and distant. The DON never smiled. My husband caught covid pneumonia and no one told me. Don't let the exterior fool you. Nothing works, fountains are broken. Impossible to get a bed that fits your if you are tall and you have to pull teeth to get a rail. The beds are narrow. If you love your person, do not go here. Hazel is good, receptionist. I asked them to call 911 as hubs was becoming unresponsive. They put him back in his bed, meanwhile very low 02 sat, and low BP. By the time he got to S&W ER, he was in septic shock! The doctor said if he hadn't have come in, he'd been dead in two days he was so sick. They don't wear gloves when touching a PICC line! They don't follow CDC guidelines; he ended up with pyelonephritis and septic shock two days after finishing his antibiotics through the PICC line. Harker Heights Nursing and Rehab is a much better facility; it's not as fancy visually, but the care is 100 times better. The CNA's and nurses are exceptional! Don't let the facade fool you.
