Soheyla and her team were absolutely wonderful. The staff was very friendly and supportive throughout the entire process of caring for our father in the last weeks of his life. We were expecting a longer time, but our father's health took an unexpected turn for the worse and the team from Home Instead was there 24 hours a day to provide the care he needed. We are so grateful for everything they did!

We used the services of Home Instead Ann Arbor for over two years in order to care for my father, who was suffering from dementia. I cannot speak highly enough for Home Instead, in particular for Mr. Bayo Adebanjo who was my Dad’s caregiver. Bayo is knowledgeable, professional, and caring. He became a member of our family, and I am incredibly grateful for his assistance in the final stages of my father’s life. I highly recommend him.

Home Instead has been wonderful in helping my family care for my aging mother. Our two caregivers make meals, ensure her safety, go for walks with her outside, get her groceries, take her to appointments, and do light housekeeping. They also visit with her and provide companionship. It is so wonderful to know that she is being well cared for. My mother truly enjoys both of her caregivers and my brothers and I are very thankful for all their hard work and compassion they show to her. I highly recommend Home Instead!

We are just completing our first month of home healthcare with Home Instead. We couldn't be happier with the team of three aides are working with us. They are all warm, caring, competent and considerate people who take good care of my spouse who has some chronic illnesses along with needing to recover from recent surgery and rehab. They also help us with our daily living such as cooking, light cleaning, laundry, etc. We look forward to when they are with us because they are so positive and supportive. The agency is very responsive to our needs and has helped us with insurance papers, making our home safer, etc. With the support of Home Instead, I am able to be a better caregiver for my spouse. From our experience, we highly recommend them.

Our family has used Home Instead for over 10 years. They have been a wonderful partner in caring for our parents over the years. They are flexible, knowledgable, caring and compassionate. They have gone out of their way to accommodate the ever-changing needs of our parents. I can't say enough good things about the team. Soheyla has been especially skilled at finding good people with strong skills. She listens and takes feedback, providers insightful comments and promotes good communication between her staff and our family. Our latest crew of caregivers are wonderful, Manal, Susan, Louis, Bayo and Layla. They all are kind, thoughtful, skilled and valuable.
