I highly recommend Home Helpers Home Care of Farmington Valley. I have worked with them for the past 2 years to care for my husband. The aids are professional and respectful; assisting with chores as needed. The agency is very helpful to assist with a change in schedule when needed.

Home Helpers of Farmington Valley have a great team. The staff are experienced, helped my parents with dementia and our family to understand dementia. Any problems were handled promptly and professionally. Over 8 years we were never left hanging no matter how many health issues or level of care changes were needed. I highly recommend them.

Home Helpers will always hold a special place in my heart. I could not have survived the last two years before my husband's passing without the staff of Home Helpers Home Care. They were my support team not only for my husband with Alzheimer's but for me. From my first meeting with Sandra to my interactions with Julia and Senam to my husband's companion Nana I always knew they cared and had our backs. I trusted the team. I never worried about my husband's care. In fact, I could relax knowing my husband was in good hands. My husband grew to love Nana, and I enjoyed watching their interactions and how much they cared for each other. Despite my husband's illness, I believe his last two years were good thanks to Nana's care and the Home Helpers Team. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am very grateful. Marcia Kuck

I highly recommend Home Helpers to anyone looking for a home health aide. I worked with them for 1.5 years having an aide come in every day while I rehabbed from an injury. The office staff works to understand each patients unique needs and then matches them with a team of aides. The aides are professional, highly competent and super friendly. I cannot thank the team at Home Helpers enough for everything they did to help me. This is a great company that cares deeply about the patients they work with. And it shows in the experience they provide. Thank you Home Helpers!!
