Very disappointing. I called to inquire about a job and to find out details as to how to apply. When I asked the receptionist if this was a non-medical position because I do not have a CNA license, I was told that it is non medical but 2 years of experience is required. I naturally responded that I do not have experience but I am interested in gaining experience. I asked her kindly how can I go about getting experience and she shortly replied that she didn’t know. So I asked if there was someone I could speak to to understand how to break into this required experience and she shortly replied “you’re in charge of your life. Goodbye”. What? Not very friendly or helpful.

I love my caregiver! She is truly a special person that loves her job. She goes over and beyond her basic responsibilities to insure that all my needs are met. My life is much better with her in it.

I see most of these reviews are 2 to 3 years old. Perhaps there has been a change since then but this service was sub par. The care givers were very good but the administration, scheduling, and coordination of the visits was horrendous. Between cancellations, no shows, and the inability to provide care 5 days a week, I’d call this unreliable at best. I do believe their heart is in the right place but the business side of the house is lacking in execution and performance. UPDATE: I would like to update my review. I did follow up with management after I posted my initial review. I/we agree that there was much confusion in scheduling due to the fact that there were multiple people calling HCS making changes to the schedule and last minute changes at that. Once this issue was sorted out, we did continue to use HCS for our needs and the service has been excellent. To this day we continue to use HCS and I recommend them as reliable and conscientious. My mother is satisfied and that is no easy achievement.

When my Mother in law needed some care at home, we called Home Care Solutions to get support. They were able to provide a care giver in a short period of time. They were professional and great to deal with. We enjoyed the experience.
