Terrible agency. They keep sending my mother caregivers that sit on their butts the whole time playing on their phones. Her current weekend caregiver is named Kelsi. All Kelsi does is stress my mother out and complain about HER personal issues when she is supposed to be working. She sits their on her phone and quite literally ignores my mother when my mother is speaking to her. She is consistently late by 30 minutes and then asks if she can go home 2-3 hours early. BEYOND unprofessional. Don’t even get me started on the way she dresses to work. Low cut dresses. I cannot believe how unprofessional this agency and their caregivers are. My mother has had ONE caregiver that actually does what they’re supposed to do.
