They are dependable and trustworthy. They provided care for my husband who had a stroke so I could continue to work. The aides provided consistent care. Bry provided great customer service and other employees I had the opportunity to speak with at HCA were kind and understanding.

I took a job with this company recently. I have 16 years of experience in healthcare. I love what I do and I do it well. I was in a car accident Tuesday morning and I had to call in for my shift. After spending most of my day in the hospital I called back that evening and let them know I could take an on call shift for the next morning. I did miss the call the next morning and that is my fault I have a teething 1 year old who was up until 330 in the morning, and the sound was down on my phone. I explained and apologized for my mistake, the voicemail they left stated I needed to call before 11 to remain on the roster. I called at 10. Instead of just giving me a verbal warning or something along those lines they terminated my employment. So if you are a caregiver do not apply here or take the job, if you make a mistake or something happens out of your control you will lose you job over it. Basically telling you that you are unreliable.
