I wrote a lengthy review and I guess they pleaded with Google to have it erased. But that ain't gonna fly with me. I'll make it quick I'm Quadriplegic and I can't get into bed myself. See by the picture when I started calling them to get a caregiver in here to get me in bed. Well it never happened we just totally blew me off. I had to call my sister who at the time time was in Syracuse. She had to drive all the way back here to put me in a bed. Again you can see by the phone calls I was making they could have cared less. Why did Google deleting it. You could see here I had a legitimate complaint look at the calls that were made.
