I truly believe they let my sister die. Her daughter expressed concerns that day but was told she was ok yet she hadn't ate for over 24 hours. Autopsy said her kidneys shut down which I believe she wasn't given anything to drink all those hours or up to go to the bathroom. It breaks my heart that she could still be here to celebrate Christmas.

I spent a few weeks at this facility. Highly disappointed in my care.there. there were times when I had to wait over an hour to use the toilet. I was also left in my wheelchair for 6 hours. I suffered from extreme pain and had to call the nurse multiple times for medication only to receive Tylenol when I had a narcotic ordered. I had a bad fungal rash and never received the cream that was ordered. Upon discharge I was given 3 tubes. Many times there was only one CNA for my hall. Many nights there was only one RN in this large facility. The kitchen did not even send supper to my room multiple times and then sent me a cold sandwich. Please go to Gateway Vista or Madonna. These are where I received excellent care.

Great experience overall with Holmes Lake Rehabilitation and Care. The staff is kind, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure residents are comfortable and cared for. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming environment that feels like home. I really appreciate the communication within the team and the way they treat residents and families with respect and compassion. Highly recommend Holmes Lake for anyone looking for quality care and peace of mind.

What a beautiful place to send a loved one, its right by the beautiful lake. Staff are kind and attentive to their residents. This place is sure rising to the top. Nursing homes have a hard job, but their staff are honest and work on every issue.

Compassionate and caring staff🥰 Very clean and all needs are meant in a timely matter. They have nice patios, picnic tables and even provide music and bubble machine outside. Fun! They must know that providing fun things help with the patients recovery. Thank you, Karen Jones
