What Families Think

Bridge to Better Living is a free senior-living placement and consulting service in the Lincoln/Omaha area, not a single physical community—reviewers describe working one-on-one with consultants (frequently named Kristine, Jodi, Stephanie, Margaret, and Mary Ann) to find the right assisted living, independent living, memory care, or skilled nursing placement for a loved one. Families consistently describe the guidance as compassionate, knowledgeable, and fast, especially during urgent or emotionally difficult transitions. No reviewer discusses hands-on daily care, staffing, or amenities at a specific building, since the company itself does not operate a residence.

When Lynn and I decided we needed to downsize and move to a place that would be better for our health and physical needs, but still be independent, we sought out advice from others. We ended up going to Bridge to Better Living to help us sort through the various options. They went through our circumstances, needs, and wants with us, and suggested several possibilities that seemed to fit our situation the best, and then met up with us to tour several facilities. We then made a selection and put our names on a waiting list, and within 6 months received an offer that worked for us. We have moved to the new place and are very happy with where we have landed.

Bridge to Better Living was a tremendous help in going through this daunting process, and we're feeling good about it all. And Bridge to Better Living didn't charge us a thing. We are very grateful for the way it has all worked out.

Stacey was very helpful, navigating and preparing the place we chose for mom to reside. Having never experienced searching for a facility and being relatively new to the area she sifted through what was needed both for care and financially.
Thank You Stacey you are very much appreciated.
Dan

Kristine and her team provided excellent support and guidance to my family in selecting a facility for our loved one. Kristine's caring personality and emotional support made an inherently difficult much much easier. Our family strongly recommends Bridge To Better Living and Kristine specifically to any family facing this part of life's journey.
