Administration needs to be cleared out. The ONLY professional staff are social services, bistro, and a few nursing staff.Everyone else is very unfriendly, unprofessional, and confrontational. I have personally witnessed the DON yell at staff in front of residents, families, etc. I have also witnessed other staff speaking poorly about residents and other staff in front of visitors and other residents. The negativity in that facility is atrocious and the professionalism is nonexistent. Nurses are drawing blood without gloves, HIPPA is violated and each resident deserves so much better than what they are given at that facility. I wouldn’t place my worst enemy in this facility. Nor would I EVER encourage someone to work under a dictatorship. Needs to be shut down.

Extremely low weekend staff with not enough help to care for people right. With very unskilled food service with very unsanitary food conditions that makes people sick. A lot of the staff are young unskilled and not accompanied by a certified person or even an adult. Many complaints with nothing ever changing. Much neglect going on here stay away from this place for certain. My brother was staying here and luckily I pulled him out in time.

Needs to be shut down. An absolute nightmare in memory care ward. Hearing aids, teeth,glasses, cane, clothes all missing. Feces and urine everywhere. No care filthy place. 2nd and 3rd shifts even worse! Ground floor seems nice enough , but second floor memory care is an absolute disgusting nightmare!<br>Oh , and I forgot...they lost her personal wheelchair as well !

THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THE RESIDENTS. If I could give negative stars I would. They drug up my elderly grandfather to where he can’t even sit up, then put him in his bed bc “he’s tired” (no shit anybody would be that drugged up) and then forget about him, don’t even try to get him up and offer him food. No, you can’t force amy body to eat, but you need to OFFER. Always leaks through as he isn’t changed often enough and even got a UTI from I assume that. Also, when one of our family members are there nobody comes in and checks on him or changes him. They have a new DON, I tried being understanding at first but this is UNACCEPTABLE.
