I recently traveled 400 miles to visit my sister at the center. I’m home now. While I was there, The Director of Business Development went out of her way to help me navigate all the processes that contribute my sister’s rehabilitation. It’s difficult to be so far away, and so when she called me this morning with updates on my sister, I was very thankful.

Everyone was very pleasant and eager to assist. The staff was so welcoming and pleasant. The Social worker Mrs. Buckingham was simply amazing. She took time out to talk with me and helped me to understand and appreciate the entire staff at this facility. Grateful & Thankful would be an understatement in describing these services!!! Thank you all for everything!!!

a nurse walked away from my MIL whose a fall risk and surprise! she fell and broke her sternum and leg. this place is horrible and the nurses are awful. do not bring your family here it’s upsetting how they treat people.

OMG.... i'm all for any business having discrepancies, If they're at least willing to address but not only address the acknowledgment of the issues but do something to fix each issue. When you know that your establishment is underrating in service and hygiene and cleanliness, I mean , at this point you're just being irresponsible as a business owner and operational manageing team, youve got to do better because the families deserve and demand that you do better. Our family members that are supposed to be cared for and rehabilitating. Deserve, better care, better environment. And if you can't simply provide a clean hygienic environment for healing, then you've missed the ball, you've dropped the ball and osha should be in your face every turn. They apparently wont spend budget money on cleaning or outdoor cleaning. The entrance literally speaks for the rest of the facility... Sad. Please do better.

I just have to say Amy with admissions has been an absolute blessing to me!! My grandmother in law has dementia among other health issues, she is in need of 24/7 long term care now and was admitted to the hospital about a week ago due to some health issues. Unfortunately the hospital no longer helps place elders in a long term facility and it is up to family to have them placed. She has been living with us and we have cared for her along with 3 young children so to say it has been hard is an understatement. Well prior to her going to the hospital we had already been trying to place her in a home with no luck, so for the past week I have called every nursing home in southaven, hernando, senatobia, olive branch, byhalia, etc… with no luck again, we have been denied, ignored, redirected, and wait listed, but Amy MADE sure she could take her and took her time to talk to me and be personally with me and get to know us and our situation. She did not brush me off or ignore me and I have just cried and cried over her helping us, especially during the holidays! She is taking her from the hospital for rehab and then after will transfer her to their long term care facility. She has made my entire year, through all the stress and tears she was the one person who lifted a weight off my shoulders and let me know everything would be okay! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! No one teaches you how to do these things as loved ones get older and understanding how it works and all the ins and outs is HARD, and by the time you need it, it’s to late and there is no one able to help. Again, I am so beyond grateful for Amy and all she has done for us!!! 🩵🩵🩵
