So to begin, yes a nice park. The excessive lot rent raises every year are INSANE! To boot we have to wait an extended time this year for trimming of palm trees because someone wanted to charge too much for trimming. I believe we are paying too much for lot rent, but you can't sell your place to anyone because of the lot rent. So make a decision of moving here before buying. We have great neighbors, yes, but the lot rent is INSANE!

Community is friendly. Overall, as mobile home parks go, it has a management staff that does a good job in managing the property. There are scheduled events that one can participate in , the grounds and the amenities are well-maintained. The only complaint that I think I really have is the consistent increase in the lot rent.
