Do not use HH HC if you are anything but HMONG… It’s very clear that they only help out their own people, or at least prioritize them first. They don’t answer for weeks on end no matter how many times you call or email. Then it’s always a “short staffing” excuse when they do get around to replying to you. But I see nobody else has trouble with them, and in the office there’s plenty of people working there. Everytime I went there it was always someone by the phone. But every time I tried to call nobody answered. Left voicemails for weeks. Then, as I look closer, it is very clearly only their people who get priority or any assistance for that matter. Don’t let the reviews fool you. Unless you are in fact Hmong, it’s going to take you 2 months to get set up with them, maybe longer. I’ve had clients and employees both tell me that they took forever to start their care, or took forever to start the employees. If insurance is paying them, it shouldn’t matter the race of anybody who is choosing to go through them but I guess to them not all money is good money..
