My family has had a wonderful experience with Empower Center Care. My dad requires dialysis and has mobility limitations, so finding the right assisted living facility was incredibly important to us. The administration was willing to accept him and has been compassionate and accommodating throughout the entire process. Since moving him here, the difference in the quality of care compared to his previous facility has been like night and day.<br><br>One of the biggest reasons this place stands out is the staff. They have Hmong-speaking caregivers and serve Hmong meals, which has made a huge difference for my dad and many of the other residents. The staff are kind, attentive, and genuinely care about the people who live here. My dad isn't bedridden, but he does require assistance, and the team consistently provides excellent care while treating him with dignity and respect. I also appreciate that there is a Director of Nursing on-site every day, staff check on residents hourly, and there is a nurse line available so I can quickly reach someone whenever I have questions or concerns.<br><br>The move-in process was also smooth and well organized. The staff made the paperwork easy to understand and proactively followed up whenever I missed something, which made what could have been a stressful transition much easier for our family.<br><br>The facility itself is modern, clean, bright, and feels very welcoming. It's a secure, locked facility, which gives us peace of mind knowing residents are safe. The building is very accessible, with wide hallways, an elevator between the two floors, multiple stairways, and accommodations for residents who use wheelchairs. The resident rooms are spacious enough for a bed and personal belongings, and each room includes its own private bathroom. Visitor parking has also never been an issue, with plenty of available spaces whenever I've come to visit.<br><br>Overall, I'm extremely grateful we found Empower Center Care. They have exceeded my expectations in every aspect of our search, and I feel confident knowing my dad is receiving compassionate, attentive care in a safe and welcoming environment. I would highly recommend Empower Center Care to families looking for an assisted living facility that truly puts its residents first.
