My Mom was happy here. She made wonderful friends and enjoyed the activities. The people who work here are supportive and caring. The housekeepers, aides, office people, nurses all knew my Mom and all of the residents - their likes, dislikes, interests. It is a warm community. The Activities Team are phenomenal!

I had a family member move here. Awful descion. They never clean their rooms or change the bedding, the place is cold at night and hot during the summer. Smelly, falling apart place. Food is dangerous to consume, with lots of it being at the level of high school meals, and undercooked slop. Pay for staff is a joke. Expensive to live there, with barely anything good about it. Staff isn't qualified to give CPR to residents, must call emergency services. Flat out rude staff and corporate is awful as well, with the food once being served with no running water. Kitchen staff is awful and the kitchen itself is DISGUSTING. Grease stains everywhere, mold, dirt and other stuff. They have had their underage workers (who are kitchen staff) clean up human throw up. Terrible place, should be shut down

WATCH OUT they love to send residents to the emegency room A LOT with nothing wrong with the resident at time of discharge. Upon discharge from the ER they refused to take my parent back at 10:30 pm leaving us to scramble!! With that we were forced to find someplace else for them to go on a whim because they wouldn’t take them back in!! VERY SHORT STAFFED for the amount of residents that are there!!! And previous review is right….they are rude as well!!! DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES IN HERE!!!!

My sister and I had a great tour of the facility yesterday with Bella and we were very impressed. This would be a great place for our parents! Thanks again Bella for showing us around and explaining everything, we appreciate it.

The staff is GREAT. But the elevators have been broken for almost a year now. No word as to when they will be repaired. It is very dangerous for residents on the second floor who shouldn’t be using stairs. Serious safety concerns in that regard. This also puts undue stress on staff as they must shuttle people and meal trays up and down stairs several times a day. I understand why staff members are leaving. Is this a concern that should be brought to the attention of NYS Health Department?
