The staff at the facility is great. Especially Shaquita B. She was well knowledge and understanding. She listen to us for well. Every question was answered. I would recommend this place to anyone. I will be very comfortable putting my love one in her care and staff care. Thank you to all!!

I was recently touring a family member who was also touring other facilities the same day - she was looking at options for her mom- The following day she called me to let me know she had chosen Hillview above the others because " it felt warm and the staff all were very friendly". She spoke highly of Wanda who took the time to stop and chat with her. VERY PROUD to be part of the HILLVIEW CREW !

I highly recommend Hillview Terrace Rehabilitation Facility. Unfortunately, my brother had to be admitted for two weeks. They took excellent care of him. The facility was clean, the meals were good and the staff were great. Mr. Drew Hill, Mrs. Carolyn, Christy, Cynthia, Lillian, Edwina, Jacqueline, Tameka and Mr. Reuben are the nicest, most professional, caring and hardworking people you will ever meet. They perform their job duties with precision, dedication and integrity. My brother had a wonderful experience that aided in his recovery. We are so grateful for their service, hard-work and great treatment of him. SZB

I really love the way that the Hillview staff has came together and made this family council event very pleasant and welcoming. They have answered all questions and made sure that everyone understood. I am glad that my grandmother is here she is well taking care of and they are very attentive to her and my needs and her health. She is very happy at Hillview.The staff answers all questions if they can’t they make sure that find someone who can .. I’m very pleased with there service.

If you love your loved one, do not place them at Sunnybrook at Hillview Terrace. The staff and nursing staff are unprofessional and negligent. My Mom was repeatedly ignored regarding her pain and hygiene. Requests to change her were delayed or stalled daily. When we finally assisted ourselves, we found her raw, severely infected, and covered in horrific sores. The level of neglect was shocking and unacceptable. Our family is outraged by the care—or lack of care—provided at this facility. No one deserves to be treated this way.
