This place needs to be shutdown. It's one of the worst nursing facilities I've ever seen. It's old, unclean, and the patients aren't well attended. It actually deserves no stars.

Amazing place! The staff took such great care of my uncle! The admission process was smooth all the way up to discharge. I would recommend this place to anyone who is in need of a little extra help.

Based on the building it would probably be 3 star, but the day time staff was amazing.. super caring and helpful. I do have to thank the case worker Michelle Martin. SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! So helpful and got everything done that needed done w such grace and ease. So grateful for people like her!!!
