Forest Hills Place

Forest Hills Place is an assisted living and memory care community located in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. Operated by Wyndmoor, the community provides person-centered care supporting residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, social, and intellectual needs.

The community offers two levels of care. Assisted living residents receive support with daily activities while maintaining independence. The secure memory care unit provides 24-hour personalized care tailored to residents with memory impairments, designed to improve quality of life in a safe, nurturing environment.

Medical services are available on-site, including psychiatric and podiatric care to address residents' overall health needs. The community is certified by ODA to provide basic assisted living services and memory care, and accepts residents enrolled in the assisted living waiver program, MyCare Ohio, and PACE.

Life at Forest Hills Place features a variety of recreational activities and social events that keep residents active and connected. The community includes comfortable living spaces and amenities designed to enhance daily living and promote engagement among residents.
