Update: July 16 2020
I was visiting Mom at Hillsboro Post Acute and mom's roommate kept yelling out for the nurse. I walked over to make sure the room ate had her call light button and reminded her of how to use it. I found the roommates call light button tucked into a drawer out of the roomates reach. I clipped it onto her top sheet where she could reach it. Finding the call light hidden from the roomates made me wonder if my mom's was hidden too. I found moms woven into her bedframe, under her mattress. When I asked the nurse why the call light was not accessible she said she did not know, and that she was an agency nurse, and call lights are not her responsibility and that I needed to watch my tone. It is illegal for patients call lights to be out of their reach. Hillsboro Post Acute is the most dangerous place your loved one could live. They do not follow nursing home laws and the Patients Bill of Rights. A video of finding mom's call light button is posted below.

Zero stars wasn't an option, so I had to give Hillsboro Post Acute Care one star to write a review.
DO NOT place your loved ones here . The place is dirty, cramped, in poor repair, and understaffed with nurses who refuse to answer any questions or concerns. Since being transferred to long term care, they have moved my mom four times, each time to a more and more cramped room , this time I found all of Mom's personal belongings such as family photos and special gifts from loved ones, things that make her room seem "home like" in a pile on her shared closet floor.

I stayed there for rehab, it was a real nice place. They had a great rehab gym, the bike was my favorite. They also had great snacks and food. I liked the activities a lot, we would go on field trips to fun places like Roosters

We had our elderly neighbor in here for rehabilitation for a short while. Of course he moaned and groaned about being here but he just wanted to be back home. He finally got home and happily doing lots better. All the people were awesome with him and us. Only thing I would say is maybe a little better on some of the food. Thank you for the time you worked with him and us.

Has impressive, caring staff. Only request is less agency at night so I know who will be on staff.
