My Dad has been a resident in Memory Care for six months.<br><br>His care has been very good. Our family members work as a team with the very attentive and caring staff members, in assisting with our Dad. The staff members are very patient and kind.<br><br>We absolutely adore Danielle Council and Joelle Watkins. They are so very caring and compassionate to our Dad. They make sure his voice is heard and our concerns are always addressed.<br><br>Big shout out to Kimberly in activities. She keeps things so fun and upbeat always.

First off foremost, Highpoint is a very beautiful facility and it has some great people. I haven’t met everyone. I am just a private caregiver that I am with a particular client and I am wit n Carin fot 12 hours and there’s a lot of stuff that come in and out of that room but there’s only two in that Particular area with me that come in and out the room and they are so nice to me Miss Billie, who is med tech she always offers me something to eat. She always offers me something to drink. She’s always a good character. She always offered to help me with my client She’s very nice. She makes me feel very comfortable in this place cause sometimes I feel like I don’t belong is It’s a hard case to sit 12 hours and nobody offers you anything so I really appreciate Miss Billie because a lot of times I sit for 10 hours and no one will offer anything but Miss Billie comes in on her shift and comes to that particular client patient is resident room first thing she says is high is everybody OK? She greets the resident and she asked me OK do I need anything Takes 10 hours to get that type of treatment from someone staff other than that Highpoint should have meetings with a lot of staff about treating caregivers equally on 12 hour cases 24 hour cases that are restricted to not you can’t leave and then there’s one staff there and she comes in in the daytime and she too is really nice to me and she comes in and she’ll ask me if I want something to eat and her name is VEAYAH it feels really good to have someone out for you a cup of water or actually if you ate knowing that you said 12 hours can’t leave that particular area with no way of getting something to eat so I’m not up for saying high points the best place, but these two individuals make high point comfortable for me thanks, Miss Billie and thanks VEAYAH you guys make High Point comfortable for a lot of caregivers.
