The facility is nice, it's clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The CNA's who have come in are great. However, there has been family in my father-in-laws room since 7:30 this morning, who is on hospice as of last night. Not a nurse, house doctor or anyone medically qualified came in to check his vitals or see if he was in pain or administer any medication other than eye drops until 3 o'clock this afternoon, when the hospice nurse came in. Because of her he finally got his first dose of comfort meds late this afternoon. Are they relying on family to tell them that he needs to be checked on? I thought someone was supposed to check in every 2 hours. That is why 4, not 5 starts is given. I don't know exactly where that fault lies but I'm giving the best evaluation I can at this point.

Sue V. Who show me the facility was very pleasant and Felicity girl who arrange for the transport from Encompass Facility to Freedom Point was very accommodating thanks to Derrick Johnson who recommended a former employee of Freedom Point the facility who recommended the facility and no thanks to Case Manager at Encompass Facility who absolutely no assistance in the selection of a Rebah transfer her name is Carol Goble
