Nothing but positive things to say about this facility. My aunt who's in her '80s, and in a very tough situation mentally and physically, was well treated and taken care of with respect. The staff were super helpful and Samantha (Social services director) in particular, great in getting a coordinated transfer closer to home. Communication was excellent.

Thanks all for your care..you were so kind and Tom knew it..he was content being there. He is now gone and I thank you for being helpful right until the end and calling me. Highland pines did a great job taking care of my brother. I was happily surprised with the excellent communication they provided to me almost daily. The social worker kept me up to date on his progress throughout his stay. She was very knowledgeable, polite, patient, friendly and understanding. The only issue I regularly encountered was long call light wait times but would definitely recommend
