Highgate Senior Living in Vancouver, WA, has been a wonderful experience for our family. After the loss of my father in March, we needed to relocate my 88 year old (wheelchair bound) mother from another city to Highgate Vancouver. We had received multiple positive recommendations from both friends and acquaintances, which gave us great confidence in our decision.<br><br>The care and attention we received throughout the onboarding process was exceptional. Mike patiently answered all of our questions and was very accommodating of our timing needs during a difficult transition. In fact, since my mother's move, every member of the Highgate Vancouver team has been responsive, caring, and attentive to our questions and requests. From healthcare related questions, billing questions, on down to housecleaning needs, Highgate has delivered and made my Mom's experience a good one.<br><br>We are truly grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and dedication demonstrated by the entire Highgate team. I would highly recommend Highgate to anyone seeking a supportive, engaging, and nurturing environment for their loved one!

I moved my Mom from another senior living community to Highgate about 6 months ago. The level and quality of care, living conditions, and consistency / competence of care providers at her prior community was substandard at best. In addition, I grew increasingly concerned for her safety due inadequate staffing levels and poorly trained care providers. Turnover of staff is expected but in this community, it was excessive ... at all levels. For the majority of the time she lived there, there was no memory care director, at least 4 different assisted living directors, and 7 different executive directors ... in just shy of 3 years!<br><br>By contrast, her experience Highgate has been incredible. From the competency and consistency of the care providers, high level of engagement from the long-tenured community leadership, excellent food, and variety of activities, I couldn't be happier with how my Mom is being cared for. I recently received an assessment from my Mom's in-home health care provider ... they were amazed at the marked improvements in her overall health and well-being, since moving her to Highgate! That certainly affirmed my decision and to anyone considering a move of your loved one to a senior living community, I would highly recommend you consider Highgate!

Our family has been extremely pleased with the care my family member has received at Highgate Senior Living. The staff are caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the well-being of the residents. The communication with our family has been excellent. We are grateful for the safe, welcoming environment they provide and the peace of mind that comes with knowing they are in good hands. We toured many facilities before deciding on HighGate for my parents. This place is amazing, the staff is wonderful and have been well trained to handle all situations and have been there for years and truly love their job. If you are looking for a smaller assisted living / Memory Care check them out Truly amazing and caring people and the food is fabulous 😋

Highgate Vancouver ,WA is such a nice atmosphere for my parents. People act like family and all the staff have been so supportive and welcoming. They are happy to be settling into their new place and joining activities.<br>It was definitely the right decision for our family to have the peace of mind that they are well cared for.
