My loving niece lived at Highfield Nursing Home for over a year before passing. Each and every time I would visit her the facility was always clean, well organized and staff was helpful. My niece Janice spend the final days of her life very comfortable. Mike

Excellent experience at Highfield Nursing and Rehabilitation. The quality of care was outstanding, and the staff was compassionate, professional, and attentive to residents' needs. It was clear that everyone genuinely cared about providing a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment. My loved one was a patient here at one point and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The spaciousness and cleanliness of her room was excellent and I was very impressed with the therapy she received. The Administrator as well as the DON where also very quick to respond to any and all questions when needed.

I spent almost a year here, I started in the rehab side and moved to long term care due to my chronic illness. I left there on May 28th. There is good and bad here. The facility itself is old and in need of some major pest control and other repairs. The CNA Staff and nurses are top notch. There's a few that need to be weeded out but that is gonna happen everywhere. The facility changed management while I was there. The new administrator, Don and the Newest DON, Nina Washington are doing everything they can to make improvements. Nina especially helped me with a vital medication issue and I am so appreciative of it. She really does her best to help the residents and the CNAs.

I have been here going on two months, the staff here are caring but Nurse Daisy is a exceptional person and nurse, that cares. I had a blockage and she recognized my symptoms and immediately jumped into action, she actually saved me from further damage to myself. I am grateful for her. My aides, Ms. Diamond, Ms. C C, Ms. Robin and Ms. Jasmine are the most car and professional aides that I've ever come across and I am grateful for them as well. My room is always clean and cleaned on a daily basis. On a scale 1-10 I give this place a 9+ and if I ever had to return, I would. I give thanks to all the staff that has helped me and checked on me, God bless u.
