I love living here! It’s a great place with great people who work here. Lots of activities to do. Allison does so much for us and there are lots of daily activities to do!

My husband, Chuck, and I have lived here since Modena opened.<br>What we like is that the staff and crew are all so helpful and friendly. Whatever the problem or occasion, there is always a smile on everyone's face.<br>We love our apartment. It is truly our "home". We were able to choose the flooring is wood with our choice of carpet around different areas.<br>The kitchen is big and spacious. Lots of cabinet and drawers to "hide" things that we don't need every day.<br>We have made many new friends from around the country and world. It's just wonderful!<br>No more shopping for food, cooking, and cleaning. All is provided for and served by friendly staff.<br>In dining Amber served us today and as usual did a wonderful job. She is always so helpful with a smile on her dace.

It just went under new leadership. Just hiked rates like crazy and weren't very communicative with residents about it during the ownership transition. I can't say it's worth the cost to live here anymore. Lots of people just left.
