Great people that work great directives by the head boss of the facility and the secretary assistant that handles all things very well securities nurturing their health back to betterutmost great I would recommend this place for anybody that's trying to get better in their life with their health thumbs up for me

Horrible staff no real help to speak of they just take the insurance money and the residents money and expect you to take care of yourself. Misdiagnosed me with conjunctivitis heart failure ! Had to stay for months with next to no Pain Management . They just don't care Fake !

My mother was there 17 years ago and was treated horribly. Lack of nurse attention due to her conditions, lack of professionalism from staff and instead of my mother getting better she was getting worst, she lost so much weight and her skin discolored even more making her unrecognizable. She plead to be admitted but this center didn’t allow her to leave. My aunt (her sister and an experienced nurse) had to fight with staff to remove her from this center. She was removed the next day sent back to her original hospital to have only lasted less than 24 hours cause she had pass away the morning after. I’m very disappointed of the lack of care she received from this center. If i am able to give this center no stars i would. I’m not surprised to see this center still up when it should have been closed down years ago.

My brother was there for 6 months and he did not get the rehab he needed. The director Leonardo Vincente was very rude and nasty stating that my brother was Alert and oriented x 3 and therefore could make his own decisions. Everyone knows that it’s difficult to understand the medical jargon at times. It’s called health Literacy. It’s important to involve the family when decisions need to be made at times. It’s your support system. We were very displeased with the care and lack of professionalism.
